Omron Digital Pedometer

Omron Digital PedometerOwning a Digital Pedometer is a great measurement of your activity level. This works especially well for beginners. You get an accurate view of how many steps you’re actually taking as opposed to what you think you’re doing. It’s also good for the advanced because it keeps you on target and continually challenges you to go for more.

The Omron Pocket Pedometer is advanced and high-tech. It has a unique dual sensor technology so that it can be carried in your pocket or bag. Now you can just drop your pedometer in your purse to find out how much Exercise you get in a typical day of work, errands, and other tasks. Of course, you can also attach it to your belt like a traditional pedometer. You can also use it to measure calorie consumption during your Workout, as well as the distance you’ve traveled.

This device has a large, easy-to-read LCD display. Meanwhile, a seven day history lets you review a full week of Exercise. It also resets at midnight automatically so it’s ready to go every morning.

A pedometer is an inexpensive yet valuable tool to help keep you on track. This model is easy to setup and very accurate. I have had many different pedometers, but this stands out over all the rest. Hopefully you’ll like it as much as I do.
