For many one of the biggest challenges in life is eating right. It sounds simple, but for most it is complicated. There are five foods that we should take in everyday. The first is whole grains. It needs to be dark green such as broccoli, asparagus and spinach. Next we need nuts and seeds. They are rich in omega 3’s and antioxidants. Great choices are almonds, cashews and walnuts. Be careful with this category because they are also high in calories. It only takes a small handful. The next group we need everyday is yogurt and milk which are rich in vitamin d and considered an essential nutrient. Lastly is green tea. Try replacing your coffee with this drink that is rich in antioxidants.
