It is common for people to think they eat well most of the time until they actually keep a food diary. We consume more food than we think. Many people are deceived because the portions are smaller therefore they think the food must be low in calories. Actually they are packed with calories because they have too much fat in them. The four take away tips are:
- Eat four meals a day - this trains your metabolism and keeps it at a high rate.
- Keep your daily caloric intake at an even level. After a day of indulging, the tendency for most people is to drastically reduce the amount of food they eat the next day. This then causes your metabolism to slow down and causes more harm. You have fat storage with the big day, and then you’re slowing down your metabolism with the small food day.

The Biggest Loser this season continues to mix it up and proves to be a little unpredictable. Who knew we would a have a say in the finale.
For the challenge last night it was amazing watching all the contestants struggle to carry their lost weight. Mark is so competitive. He doesn’t seem to stop. Kelly on the other hand has become so tiring. All of her constant whining and crying…I’m shocked she is in the finals. Ally and Roger are also fierce competitors. It is also interesting that two of the final four got a second chance to join back in the game. The new twist this season is the viewing audience gets to cast a vote between the two men that are below the line – Roger or Mark.

Basically overweight people think they are stuck with slow metabolisms. I hear many people complain about their metabolism when in fact they are in control of it and they don’t even realize it.
